Shark Vacuum Servicing
Shark vacuums have gained popularity for their powerful suction and innovative brush technologies. To keep your Shark performing at its best, it’s important to maintain the filters, brush‑rolls and seals that enable these features.
Shark Technologies
- Anti Hair Wrap: A bristle guard and comb remove hair from the brush‑roll so it doesn’t tangle around the roller. This keeps the roller turning freely and maintains suction.
- DuoClean™ & Twin Tech: Two motorised brush‑rolls work together to pick up large debris, fine dust and stubborn dirt from carpets and hard floors. A soft front brush draws in particles while the second brush cleans deep into the pile.
- Lift‑Away & Flexology: Many Shark models allow you to detach the canister or fold the wand, making it easier to reach under furniture or clean stairs.
Why Service Your Shark?
Although Shark’s Anti Hair Wrap and DuoClean technologies reduce tangles and improve pick‑up, hair and debris still build up in filters and hoses over time. Servicing ensures:
- Brush‑rolls remain clean and free‑spinning.
- Filters are replaced when necessary to maintain airflow – washing foam or HEPA filters is not recommended.
- Hoses and seals are checked for blockages and cracks.
- Motors are inspected for overheating and wear.
Our Service
We service all Shark upright, cordless, handheld and cylinder models. Our technicians dismantle the cleaner head to access the brush‑rolls, remove trapped hair and debris, replace foam and HEPA filters if needed and check for damaged belts. Replacement parts are quoted before installation.
